What a treat it was to meet this family.  The days leading up to our session, Whitney and I shared several messages about the pending weather.  Rain was in the forecast and although we had a little flexibility, we were all keeping our fingers crossed for a little sun.  Boy, did we have the most perfect weather!  The sun peeked out in the middle of our session and despite the few rain drops, it was near perfect for our time together.  I loved the interaction between all of the family members and I must say, the candid shots from this session are among my favorite.  Whether it was Gray giggling while trying his hardest to be a tough guy or Cole placing his little head in mom's lap, I smiled over and over while looking through these.  Messer Family, I had SUCH a great time meeting your crew and can't wait to see what the future has in store you all!

P.S. I must add, I asked Gray if he was excited for pictures when we first met and he shyly shook his head "no."  As we were finishing up and walking back to our cars, the same little guy said, "Can we do this again tomorrow?"  Made my day :)
