Over ten years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet a girl named Cara. We went to the same high school and spent our afternoons/evenings playing tennis for our alma mater. We've stayed in touch through Facebook and a couple of months ago, Cara asked about a session with her hubby and their two puppies. Of course, a family session is always a great idea, but it's even better when you're announcing the arrival of a new family member. You guessed it- Will and Cara are adding one to their bunch at the beginning of next year. Hanging out with these two was a blast and I know their little one will undeniable be the light of their eyes. Braune family, thank you for choosing me to be a part of such a special time in your lives. I am SO excited for you both and I can't wait for little guy/girl's arrival!!
P.S. Besides the beautiful scenery, we chose Kauffman Center for the Perfoming Arts in Kansas City for our backdrop because Will is a music teacher and musician. Seriously, perfect in every way!
No matter how many times I look at this next image, I can't help but laugh! We were reaching the end of our session and the pups had been doing SUCH a great job. If you notice the pup in Will's lap, he's giving me quite the look... probably thinking, "Are we done yet, crazy camera lady?!" And the pup with Cara, well, she decided she was over it as well and gave me her backside to take pictures of. Absolutely HILARIOUS!
